Navigation A (coastal) exam: practice questions & simulation
Coastal chart navigation: latitude/longitude, bearings, distances, magnetic variation and fixing position. The official exam is done on a paper chart.
In short: the Navigation A (coastal) exam has 20 multiple-choice questions, lasts 90 minutes and the pass mark is 80%. It is required for: Mashit 21 - Sailboat and Mashit 30 - Skipper.
There is no official question bank for this exam on the site yet, so it has no practice. We will update this page when one is added.
